How to Register
Parents wanting to register their child at Daydreams Childcare center should:
- Confirm there is a spot for your child, and what days are still available
- Submit completed registration form with $200 deposit. This will be applied to your first month when you start at Daydreams.
This money will be held against your child’s first month and will be returned if parents give 1 months notice that they no longer need the space.
Arrange visits for your child at the center
2 weeks before your child is scheduled to start at the center call to arrange 2 visits for you and your child. Visits are between 9:30-11:00 and usually help children adjust to the center at bit better
On the day your child is scheduled to start please return the remainder of the forms found in the registration pack:
- Registration Form
- Medical Form
- Authorization for Medical Attention
- Walking Trip Permission Slip
- Parent Policies
- Behavior Guidance Policy
- Rest Time Policies
- Childhood Illness Policies
- Menu
